About.Bridging the gap between corporate finance and IT systems for over 30 years. As a pragmatic bridge-builder, I translate complex business requirements into actionable IT solutions, combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach
|
Established in 2013A journey of independent consulting and corporate excellence.
I launched Hamoji Consulting GmbH with a major, multi-year SAP implementation. Since then, I have balanced my entrepreneurial path with key permanent roles at global organizations like Credit Suisse and Workday, continuously expanding my international expertise while remaining grounded with my local roots to support Swiss start-ups and SMEs. |
My GoalDelivering immediate value where it matters most.
My goal is to empower organizations by acting as a pragmatic bridge between IT and finance. For start-ups and SMEs, I build robust administrative and financial structures from day one, enabling you to focus entirely on your core business. For established companies, I provide targeted interim management and steer complex finance transformations—ensuring seamless operations, sustainable process optimization, and a perfect alignment between business requirements and IT solutions. |
About me
Daniel Haas
Founder - Bridge Builder between IT and Business
For over 30 years, I have been working at the interface between corporate finance and IT systems. My career has taken me from traditional general ledger accounting, through complex global ERP roll-outs, to providing strategic advice to senior management.
A global perspective, with local roots
Throughout my career, I have helped shape the transformation of multinational organisations such as Workday, Credit Suisse and Hewlett Packard – including, amongst other roles, as the lead project controller for an SAP roll-out in Japan.
At the same time, I keep my feet firmly on the ground through Hamoji Consulting GmbH, which I founded in 2013: I support Swiss start-ups and SMEs, from setting up initial accounting structures through to providing interim operational management. I manage projects with strategic foresight, but am equally capable of delving deep into operational details when required.
What you can expect from me
My greatest strength is translation: I make business requirements understandable to IT teams and complex IT solutions usable for management. As a holder of the Swiss Federal Professional Certificate (Bachelor Professional BP in Accounting) and a certified project manager (PRINCE2), I bring a solid set of skills to the table. Complemented by a CAS in Process Management (SGO/HWZ) and proven expertise in SAP, Workday and Bexio, I lead transformation projects to a successful conclusion in a pragmatic and analytical manner.
From the culinary arts to financial statements
The fact that I now coordinate complex processes and systems is also down to my first passion: gastronomy and my training at hospitality school. Although I’ve swapped my chef’s apron and serving tray for financial systems, my conviction remains the same: only with the right ingredients, precise planning and genuine craftsmanship can you achieve a perfect result.
I look forward to getting to know you and your company!
